UN Agency Staff

✓Active or newly recruited UN employment
✓Supervisor approval for training participation
✓Relevant work experience in UN system
✓Commitment to apply learning in UN context

NGO Professionals

✓Employment with registered NGO/INGO
✓Demonstrated commitment to development work
✓Relevant educational background
✓Letter of support from organization

Individual Participants

✓Professional background in relevant field
